Biography:
Dr. Giffler has been in practice in Broward County since 1984. Dr. Giffler also holds a law degree (University of Miami) and a Business Degree (NOVA University), and is a Florida licensed HealthCare Risk Manager. He has written and lectured extensively on risk management and medical-legal issues in defense of Florida Physicians. He is actively involved in numerous professional organizations, including: Chair, Board of Trustees of the Broward County Medical Association, Member of Board of Directors: Florida Physicians Association and Florida Medical Association, and the College of American Pathologists (Inspector in the Laboratory Accreditation Program).
Dr. Giffler also served as a Major in the Medical Corps, United States Army Reserve.
